PaneraLux Warm White IP68 Fountain Light

Since this is my first time to order a product from abroad, I am more concerned about the warranty. I was worried that it would be difficult to claim my rights in case of quality problems with the product. So I asked about the warranty policy before I placed the order. The seller told me that the whole order is guaranteed for 1 year. But need video or photo records from the receipt of goods, inspection, installation of the whole process, to determine whether it meets the warranty conditions. Although this is a bit cumbersome, but in order to be able to meet the warranty conditions, I still filmed all the relevant content, as a proof of the warranty in the future.

I love the lighting on this pool light strip so much that it's honestly a little too bright! This was a mistake on my part because the buyer warned me when I placed the order if I needed a controller to adjust the brightness. I didn't purchase a controller to save some money and now it looks like I need to order an additional controller. My suggestion is to follow the seller's recommendation as they have enough cases and orders to summarize the list of products that are best for us.

I had a clear idea of which pool light strips and accessories I needed based on the examples shared on their website. This is good because most people don't have a clear list of what they need to buy. Of course, to be on the safe side, I still sent the details of my pool to the seller before placing the order so that they could design a lighting plan for me. In the end, the list of products they provided was pretty much what I expected, but I went with their suggested quantities for my order.

I only needed a 4.6 meter pool light strip. It was really great that they customized a 4.6m pool light strip for me and didn't charge extra for processing and materials. I asked several vendors who sell pool lighting products and they wouldn't even quote me a price. So I must say great service from paneralux.

My pool was finished 2 years ago and I tried many different fiber optic lights and so called IP68 waterproof LED strips. They all broke very quickly which made me waste a lot of money. So this time I first purchased a small sample and tested one in my pool for 3 months. This sample section was great both in terms of lighting effect and longevity. Finally it's almost summer and I'm going to order a 150ft length next month. Finally, I can light up my pool perfectly.
