In order to serve our customers and subject to the following disclaimers and limitations, PaneraLux provides the following limited warranty. All PaneraLux products are covered by this warranty and we make no other warranties.

Limited Warranty

PaneraLux warrants lighting fixtures and components, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for promised period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the products.

Definition of a Product Is Defective

When such a product has a defect in workmanship or material that causes the product unable to operate in accordance with the specifications as provided by Paneralux.shop.

Product Defects Handling

If any PaneraLux product fails to meet performance standards due to material or workmanship defects during the warranty period, PaneraLux will provide repair services. In the event we determine a product is not repairable or no longer functional, we will replace it with an item of equivalent style and value or refund it. All repairs, replacements or refunds are subject to the proper notification and consent of PaneraLux with the issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After confirming it's a product defect, we will cover the cost of the product itself and the shipping fees to your address, and we won't cover labor costs or any other shipping, removal, or installation costs.

Warranty Time

The warranty time is 12 Months for all the products.

The warranty period starts on the date of delivery of the products.

Customers are prohibited to cut and process the light strip, otherwise we do not provide warranty!

Warranty process

If you encounter product quality problems, please contact us for timely assistance according to the following process.

1.Prepare the point check card, video of the installation process;

2 . Fill in the content of the warranty card;

3. Contact the official customer service or salesman;

4. Provide the complete warranty card, inspection card and photo and video evidence.
