Shipping Policy

SHIPPING FEES

  • Freight is calculated according to the warehouse where the goods are located.
  • U.S. Warehouse: Delivering to U.S. customers only and free of delivery charge.
  • China Warehouse: Charge according to customer's country and address.

DELIVERY TIME

  • U.S. Warehouse: Product handling time is 1-2 days, and the carrier will deliver the order within 3-5 days. It may take longer during holidays.
  • China Warehouse: Product handling time is 3~7 days. The carrier will deliver the order within 5- 10 days. If customized products are required, the delivery time will be extended based on actual conditions.

Shipping method: UPS Express / DHL Express/ FedEx

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of shipment and notify you via email that your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING CHANGES

  1. There is no charge to change the address within 1 hour after the order has been completed and paid for, and the order can be canceled directly and reordered.
  2. Cancellation of orders more than 1 hour after payment, the buyer must bear any delivery return charges that may be incurred.
  3. All losses of goods lost due to wrong address provided by the customer will be borne by the buyer.
  4. Orders may not be modified to a different address while in transit.
