In order to serve our customers and subject to the following disclaimers and limitations, PaneraLux provides the following limited warranty. All PaneraLux products are covered by this warranty and we make no other warranties.

Limited Warranty

PaneraLux warrants lighting fixtures and components, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for promised period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the products.

Definition of a Product Is Defective

When such a product has a defect in workmanship or material that causes the product unable to operate in accordance with the specifications as provided by Paneralux.shop.

Product Defects Handling

If any PaneraLux product fails to meet performance standards due to material or workmanship defects during the warranty period, PaneraLux will provide repair services. In the event we determine a product is not repairable or no longer functional, we will replace it with an item of equivalent style and value or refund it. All repairs, replacements or refunds are subject to the proper notification and consent of PaneraLux with the issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Warranty Time

The warranty time is 12 Months for all the products.

The warranty period starts on the date of delivery of the products.

Warranty Coverage

1. The warranty only covers products installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided by us and no warranty is made with respect to any of our products that are otherwise installed or maintained.
2. The product dimensions are based on our test data, and we have made every effort to ensure their accuracy, but it is inevitable that there are some errors.
3. Defects or failures arising during shipment or due to alteration, misuse, negligence, accident, theft, defective maintenance, damage by others, or where adequate care has not been taken to prevent chemical, ice, or snow damage to the product shall not be covered by this warranty.
4. The warranty does not cover products that have been exposed to toxic, nuclear, or corrosive environments, or where operating temperatures fall below -20 Celsius Degree or exceed 60 Celsius Degree.
5. Due to the unsuitability of many cleaning agents for example glass cleaner and detergent, our products could be damaged by their use, such cases are specifically excluded from the terms of this warranty.
6. This warranty does not cover costs of labor, shipping, removal or installation, nor does it apply to products used in OEM manufacturing without written permission from PaneraLux.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

Except as set in the limited warranty or other things required by law, PaneraLux disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular propose and all such warranties are expressly disclaimed.

This warranty covers only the damages specifically detailed above, except other things that required by law, PaneraLux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This disclaimer applies during and after the warranty period.
